Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on intimate items, including lingerie, underwear, and similar products.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

If approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.


Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank


Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizing (please review size charts carefully)

  • Change of mind after order is processed

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Items marked as final sale


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors

If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim.
